1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays or issues.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time and may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) due to high order volume. We will notify you via email if there is any delay in processing your order.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping times are estimated from the date your order is shipped (not the date it is placed):

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50 (U.S. only). For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies. Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee (calculated at checkout). Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping does not include processing time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address associated with your order. This email will include a unique tracking number and a link to track your package’s status. You can also track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number and email address.
Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order is shipped, depending on the carrier.
5. Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ensure on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, customs hold-ups (for U.S. territories), or incorrect shipping addresses. If your order is delayed by more than 3 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@dogudse.com with your order number for assistance.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@dogudse.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and, for damaged packages, clear photos of the package and the damaged item(s). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund, as applicable.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If a product has shipping restrictions, it will be clearly noted on the product page. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders that violate shipping restrictions, and we will notify you if this occurs.
